No, taking QCAR vehicles abroad is strictly prohibited. They can only be used within the borders of Türkiye.

If the vehicle is not picked up at the scheduled time, the reservation will be marked as a 'No-Show' after 2 hours, and vehicle availability can no longer be guaranteed for any group. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled at the end of 4 hours in No-Show status.

To rent a vehicle from QCAR, simply visit our website and select your pick-up and drop-off dates. Once the vehicles are listed, choose your preferred car and complete your reservation quickly and securely using our 'Pay Now' or 'Pay at Office' options. Don’t miss out on a 30% discount exclusive to online payments when you choose the 'Pay Now' option!

Refunds are not issued for early returns. Special cases may be evaluated on an individual basis by our customer support team.

You can cancel your reservation by contacting our customer service at 0850 755 31 00. The cancellation terms are as follows:

If the reservation is cancelled less than 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time, a 3-day rental fee along with the cost of any extra services and products purchased will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 days to the credit card provided during the booking process. No refund will be issued if the total rental duration is less than 3 days.
