Only the individuals named in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle. Otherwise, all insurance and protection coverage will be void.

Yes, a specific daily fee is charged for each additional driver. You can complete the payment during your reservation at qcar.com.tr or add an additional driver to your contract at our rental office.

This service enables someone else to drive the car besides yourself. All additional driver information is documented in the rental agreement for legal and insurance purposes.

No refunds will be issued for remaining days in the event of shortening the rental period. However, exceptional circumstances may be evaluated upon discussion with our customer service representatives.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as they were delivered. In the event of missing fuel, a fuel charge will be applied.

Toll records are reflected in the system within a few days, after which your payment will be processed.

Vehicles are HGS-equipped. Toll charges are processed and collected from your credit card after your return.

Additional charges apply for each kilometer exceeded. Please refer to your agreement for the exact excess mileage rates.

Mileage limits are determined by vehicle group and rental period. Please review the kilometer details while booking online or visit https://qcar.com.tr/filomuz to see our fleet.

Toll records are reflected on the vehicle's license plate at the end of the rental period and a detailed report will be provided to you.

Child and infant seats are available for an additional fee. You can complete your payment for these extras during your reservation at qcar.com.tr or request to add them at the office during your rental.

Our vehicle protection plans vary based on current campaigns and pricing. To receive detailed information regarding the rates and limits of additional coverage options, please consult our reservation center or the rental branch.

Important Note: In the event of damage exceeding the declaration limits of our protection packages, the full cost of the damage will be charged to the customer. For damages exceeding the declaration limit, no reports other than the "Accident Report Form" (Mutual Agreement Form) and "Police/Gendarmerie Accident Report" will be valid.

Coverage Packages

• QSilver Protection Package: Eliminates the deductible (excess). It covers a single-item bodywork repair with one declaration for one-sided accidents up to 8,000 TL. It also includes 1,000,000 TL of Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI).
• QGold Protection Package: Eliminates the deductible (excess). It covers a single-item bodywork repair with one declaration for one-sided accidents up to 10,000 TL. Separate from bodywork damage, it provides free replacement for one tire and the windshield. It also includes 1,000,000 TL of Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI).
• QDiamond Protection Package: Eliminates the deductible (excess). It covers a single-item bodywork repair with one declaration for one-sided accidents up to 15,000 TL. Separate from bodywork damage, it provides free replacement for one tire, the windshield, and a headlight. It also includes 1,000,000 TL of Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) and covers the loss of one vehicle registration document or one license plate.
• Tire, Windshield, and Headlight (TWH) Coverage: Protects against damage to tires, the windshield, or headlights—separate from bodywork damage and collisions—with a single user-signed declaration.
• Zero Excess Protection: Eliminates the standard 30,000 TL deductible (excess) fee.

Additional Products & Services

In addition to your vehicle rental, the following products and services are available for purchase. You can obtain pricing and further details from our reservation center or branches.

• Child Seat: Available upon request, subject to availability.
• Delivery & Collection Service: Delivery to or collection from a specific address (Please consult the relevant branch for information).
• Young Driver Service: By purchasing this package, the age and license requirements established for a specific vehicle group are extended to allow the use of a higher-segment vehicle. QSilver Protection is mandatory and included in this package.
• Additional Driver Service: Grants the right to drive the vehicle to one or more individuals other than the primary renter. This can be purchased separately for each additional driver, with a maximum limit of 2 extra drivers.
