A financial screening is conducted for new customers or for customers who have not rented a vehicle from our company within the last six months. If the financial screening result does not meet QCAR Mobility’s car rental requirements, the vehicle will not be delivered.

The minimum age and driving license duration requirements vary by vehicle group and are specified in the contract according to the vehicle segment. Both the renter and the additional driver(s) must meet these requirements. The rented vehicle may only be driven by the person(s) specified in the contract and delivery form.

A Turkish ID number must be printed on the driving license. Rental cannot be completed with combined driving licenses issued with the new Turkish ID cards. You must have your driving license with you.

Customers are required to have a credit card issued in their own name at the time of rental. This credit card must be enabled for online transactions. A pre-authorization will be taken from this credit card depending on the vehicle group, ranging between TRY 2,000 and TRY 4,500 according to the vehicle segment groups.

Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. If the vehicle is returned with missing fuel, the missing fuel amount will be charged along with an additional service fee of 25% of the missing fuel cost.

If you wish to return the vehicle to a different branch than the one where it was rented, a “One-Way” fee will apply. The One-Way fee also applies within the same city when the vehicle is returned to a different branch than the pick-up branch.
