User Agreement

  1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between QCAR Vehicle Rental and Mobility Services Joint Stock Company (QCAR) and the internet user (User) who wishes to benefit from the services by creating a user account via the website with the domain name qcar.com.tr.

  1. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of use regarding the car rental and mobility services that QCAR will provide to the User through the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

  1. Terms of Service Use

Individuals under the age of 18 cannot benefit from the services.

The User agrees to act only on their own behalf and to provide accurate information.

The website is intended for personal use only.

  1. Rights and Obligations

The User is obliged to provide complete and accurate membership information.

The User is responsible for protecting their password and account information.

Misuse of the website is prohibited.

Intellectual property rights belong to QCAR.

  1. Protection of Personal Data

The User acknowledges that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and may be shared with official authorities when necessary.

  1. Amendments to the Agreement

QCAR reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time. Amendments become effective as of the moment they are published on the website.

  1. Force Majeure

QCAR shall not be held liable for any disruption of the service due to natural disasters, war, technical issues, or similar reasons.

  1. Resolution of Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

  1. Effective Date

By approving this agreement electronically, the User shall be deemed to have accepted all of its provisions.
