Yes, a specific daily fee is charged for each additional driver. You can complete the payment during your reservation at qcar.com.tr or add an additional driver to your contract at our rental office.
This service enables someone else to drive the car besides yourself. All additional driver information is documented in the rental agreement for legal and insurance purposes.
No refunds will be issued for remaining days in the event of shortening the rental period. However, exceptional circumstances may be evaluated upon discussion with our customer service representatives.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as they were delivered. In the event of missing fuel, a fuel charge will be applied.
Toll records are reflected in the system within a few days, after which your payment will be processed.
Vehicles are HGS-equipped. Toll charges are processed and collected from your credit card after your return.
Additional charges apply for each kilometer exceeded. Please refer to your agreement for the exact excess mileage rates.

Traffic fines are communicated to customers through the rental vehicle notification system. You can also view and track your fines via the E-government (e-Devlet) portal.

No, taking QCAR vehicles abroad is strictly prohibited. They can only be used within the borders of Türkiye.
If the vehicle is not picked up at the scheduled time, the reservation will be marked as a 'No-Show' after 2 hours, and vehicle availability can no longer be guaranteed for any group. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled at the end of 4 hours in No-Show status.
To rent a vehicle from QCAR, simply visit our website and select your pick-up and drop-off dates. Yes, presenting a credit card registered in your name is mandatory for all rentals.
A security deposit is blocked on your credit card at the start of the rental. Once the vehicle is returned, the amount is released and refunded to your card.
Rentals without a financial score are possible for specific lower-segment cars, pending the approval and discretion of the local office.
