QCAR will finalize the requests submitted to it free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If fulfilling your request results in any cost, we may request from you only the fees set forth in the tariff determined by the Board.
As a result of the requests submitted to QCAR, QCAR may accept the request or reject it by explaining the reason, and communicate this response to the applicant in writing or electronically. If the request is accepted, QCAR is obliged to fulfill the request without delay.
If your request submitted to QCAR is rejected, if you are not satisfied with the response provided by QCAR, or if no response is given, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date the response is notified to you, or within 30 days from the end of the 30-day period in case no response is provided.
