TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The campaign is valid for reservations made between 27.05.2026 – 30.06.2026 and for travel within the same date range.

• To benefit from the discounted prices, the "YAZ26" discount code must be entered during reservation.

• In addition to the 30% discount valid for online payments, an additional 10% discount is applied to the online payment price with the "YAZ26" code.

• The campaign is valid for rentals with a minimum duration of 3 days and a maximum of 29 days.

• The campaign is valid at QCAR Mobility Airport and City Offices. (Please contact for information regarding franchise branches.)

• The campaign is valid only for the vehicle rental fee; it does not include additional coverages and additional products.

• For early return or extension requests made after the initial reservation, current office prices and QCAR General Rental Conditions will apply.

• The campaign is valid only for prepaid rentals.

• The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts.

• The prepayment price is calculated over the discounted price.

• The campaign is limited to fleet availability. In case of unavailability of the requested vehicle, allocation of a similar vehicle group is at the discretion of QCAR Mobility.

• Discounted prices are calculated over the list price of the relevant vehicle.

• The total rental amount and the deposit fee are collected from the credit card belonging to the person renting the vehicle at the beginning of the rental. Payment by cash, debit card, and virtual card is not accepted.

• The credit card holder must be personally present during the rental. Transactions cannot be made with a credit card belonging to someone else.

• The deposit amount determined according to the vehicle brand and model is collected from the credit card. Therefore, the credit card limit must be available for the total amount of rental and deposit.

• The deposit amount is refunded to the same card at the end of the rental, after deducting costs not included in the reservation such as additional services, coverages, missing fuel, damage, fines, etc.

• Depending on banking processes, the deposit refund reflects on the credit card within 3–5 business days after the refund transaction.

• During reservation, it is mandatory to meet the financial evaluation criteria determined according to the vehicle group.

• QCAR General Rental Conditions apply to all rentals.
