Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • The campaign request period is valid between 01.05.2026 and 31.12.2026.
  • The campaign is valid for rentals made between 01.05.2026 and 31.12.2026.
  • Discounted reservations can be made by using the promotional code “MTPOL26” on qcar.com.tr.
  • A 40% discount off the listed rental price will be applied exclusively to prepaid online reservations made through qcar.com.tr.
  • At the time of vehicle pick-up, customers must present an active MetropolCard user account registered in the name of the renter.
  • The campaign is valid for rentals of a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 29 days.
  • The campaign is valid at all corporate branches and selected franchise locations.
  • The campaign applies only to the rental fee and does not cover additional protection packages, optional products, or extra services.
  • For early returns or rental extensions requested after the rental has commenced, the current branch rates and QCAR Mobility Rental Terms & Conditions will apply.
  • This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaign, promotion, or discount.
  • The campaign is subject to vehicle availability. If the requested vehicle is unavailable, QCAR Mobility reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle group.
  • Discounted rates are calculated based on the listed rental price of the selected vehicle.
  • The total rental amount and security deposit are charged at the beginning of the rental period using a credit card belonging to the renter. Cash payments and virtual cards are not accepted.
  • The rental agreement is executed at the time of rental and is governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the country where the rental takes place.
  • All rentals are subject to the QCAR General Rental Terms & Conditions.
  • Any difference in the final invoice amount will be collected from or refunded to the customer at the rental location upon completion of the rental.
  • In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit will be charged or pre-authorized on the customer's credit card based on the make and model of the rented vehicle. Therefore, sufficient available credit limit must be maintained to cover both the rental fee and the deposit amount.
  • The security deposit will be refunded to the same credit card after the rental period ends, provided that any additional charges not included in the reservation (such as extra services, protection packages, missing fuel, damages, fines, etc.) have been deducted.
  • Due to interbank processing procedures, deposit refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on the customer’s credit card statement after the refund has been processed.
  • The credit card holder must be present in person at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be completed using a credit card belonging to another individual.
