CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS

• The campaign is valid for reservations made between 01.09.2026 – 31.10.2026 and travels within the same date range.

• To benefit from the discounted prices, the discount code “SONBAHAR” must be entered during the reservation.

• In addition to the 30% discount valid for online payments, a 5% discount is applied to the online payment price with the code “SONBAHAR”.

• The campaign is valid for rentals with a duration of minimum 1 day, maximum 29 days.

• The campaign is valid at QCAR Mobility Corporate Branches and Selected Franchise Branches.

• The campaign is only valid for the car rental fee; it does not cover additional assurance and additional products.

• For early return or extension requests made after the initial reservation, current office prices and QCAR General Rental Conditions will apply.

• The campaign is only valid for prepaid rentals.

• The prepayment price is calculated over the discounted price.

• The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts.

• The campaign is limited to fleet availability. In case of unavailability of the requested vehicle, the allocation of a similar vehicle group is at the discretion of QCAR Mobility.

• Discounted prices are calculated over the list price of the relevant vehicle.

• The total rental amount and deposit fee are collected from the credit card belonging to the person renting the vehicle at the beginning of the rental. Cash, debit card, and virtual card payments are not accepted.

• The credit card holder must be present in person during the rental. Transactions cannot be made with someone else's credit card.

• The deposit amount determined according to the vehicle brand and model is collected from the credit card. Therefore, the credit card limit must be available for the total amount of rent and deposit.
