Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • The campaign request period is valid between 15.02.2026 – 18.03.2026.

  • The campaign is valid for rentals taking place between 15.02.2026 – 18.03.2026.

  • To benefit from the discounted rates, the promo code “RMZN20” must be entered on the website.

  • The listed price already includes a 30% online payment discount. After entering the code “RMZN20”, an additional 20% discount will be applied to the online payment price.

  • The campaign is valid for rentals with a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 29 days.

  • The campaign is valid at QCAR Mobilite Airport and City offices. (Please contact us for information regarding franchise branches.)

  • The campaign applies only to the rental fee and does not cover additional protections or extra products.

  • For early returns or extension requests after the first confirmed reservation, current office prices and QCAR Mobilite RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS will apply.

  • The campaign is valid for prepaid rentals only.

  • The prepaid rate is the discounted rate.

  • This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

  • The campaign is subject to fleet availability. If the requested vehicle is unavailable, QCAR Mobilite reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle group.

  • Discounted prices are calculated based on the vehicle’s listed rate.

  • The total rental amount and security deposit are charged at the beginning of the rental using the renter’s credit card. Cash, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.

  • The rental agreement is issued at the time of rental and is regulated according to the laws and practices of the country where the rental takes place.

  • QCAR General Rental Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals.

  • Any invoice difference that may occur at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental location.

  • The credit card holder must be physically present at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be made using a third party’s credit card.

  • In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit is collected from the credit card based on the vehicle’s brand and model. Therefore, sufficient credit card limit must be available to cover both the rental and deposit amounts.

  • The deposit amount will be refunded to the same credit card at the end of the rental, after deducting any additional services, protections, missing fuel, damages, fines, or other charges not included in the original reservation.

  • Due to bank processing times, deposit refunds are reflected on the credit card within 3–5 business days after the refund transaction is completed.

  • During the reservation process, customers must meet the required financial evaluation criteria according to the vehicle group.
