Campaign Terms & Conditions

• The campaign is valid for bookings made between March 18, 2026 – April 30, 2026.

• The campaign applies to rentals scheduled between March 18, 2026 – April 30, 2026.

• To benefit from discounted prices, the promo code “BAHAR” must be entered on the website.

• A 30% online payment discount is already included in the price. After entering the “BAHAR” code, an additional 20% discount is applied to the online payment price.

• The campaign is valid for rentals with a minimum duration of 3 days and a maximum of 15 days.

• The campaign is valid at QCAR Mobility Airport and City Offices. (Please inquire for franchise locations.)

• The campaign applies only to the rental fee and does not cover additional protections or extra products.

• In case of early return or extension requests after the initial reservation, current office rates and QCAR Mobility Rental Terms will apply.

• The campaign is valid only for prepaid rentals.

• The prepaid price is the discounted price.

• The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns or discounts.

• The campaign is subject to fleet availability. If the requested vehicle is unavailable, allocation of a similar vehicle group is at the discretion of QCAR Mobility.

• Discounted prices are calculated based on the listed price of the respective vehicle.

• The total rental amount and security deposit are charged to the renter’s credit card at the start of the rental. Cash, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.

• The rental agreement is issued at the time of rental and is subject to the laws of the country where the rental takes place.

• QCAR General Rental Terms apply to all rentals.

• Any price differences that may occur at the end of the rental will be charged or refunded at the rental location.

• The credit card holder must be present in person at the time of rental. Transactions cannot be made using a third party’s credit card.

• In addition to the rental fee, a deposit amount determined based on the vehicle’s brand and model will be charged to the credit card. Therefore, sufficient credit card limit must be available to cover both the rental and deposit amounts.

• The deposit will be refunded to the same card at the end of the rental after deducting any additional services, protections, missing fuel, damages, fines, or other charges not included in the reservation.

• Depending on bank processing times, the deposit refund will be reflected on the credit card within 3–5 business days after the refund is issued.

• During the reservation process, it is mandatory to meet the financial evaluation criteria determined based on the selected vehicle group.
