Campaign Terms & Conditions

• The campaign rate will be applied as a 40% discount over the list price, exclusive to İş Bankası credit/debit cardholders. (Includes İş Bankası Maximum, Maximiles all individual credit cards, Commercial Credit Cards, and Bankamatik Cards).

• The campaign is valid for rentals made between 01.04.2026 – 31.12.2026.

• Participation: Can be made via the code to be defined for you through https://qcar.com.tr/.

• Presentation of the İş Bankası credit or debit card belonging to the reservation holder is required during vehicle delivery.

• The campaign is valid for rentals of minimum 1 day and maximum 15 days.

• The campaign will be valid at all corporate branches and our selected dealer branches.

• The campaign is valid only for the rental fee and does not cover additional coverages or extra products.

• For early return or extension requests after the first reservation, current office prices and QCAR Mobility RENTAL TERMS will apply.

• This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts.

• The campaign is limited to fleet availability. In case the requested vehicle is not available, QCAR Mobility's decision to provide a similar vehicle group shall prevail.

• Discounted prices are calculated over the list price of the relevant vehicle.

• The total rental amount and security deposits are collected at the beginning of the rental with the credit card belonging to the person renting the vehicle. Cash payment, debit, and virtual card applications are not available.

• The rental agreement is opened at the time of rental and is arranged according to the laws and practices of the country of rental.

• QCAR General Rental Conditions apply to the rentals to be realized.

• Any difference in the invoice amount that may occur at the end of the rental is collected or refunded at the rental point.

• The credit cardholder must be present in person during the rental. Rentals cannot be made with a credit card belonging to someone else.

• A certain amount of deposit is collected from the credit card presented by the customer, in addition to the rental fee, according to the brand and model of the vehicle to be rented. For this reason, limit availability (equal to the total amount of rent and deposit) is required.

• The amount collected as a deposit will be refunded to the same card at the end of the rental, after deducting costs not included in the reservation such as additional services, coverages, missing fuel, damage, fines, etc., if any.

• Deposit refunds are reflected on your credit card within 3-5 business days after the refund process is completed, due to internal bank communication.

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to have sufficient financial inquiry criteria according to the vehicle groups.
