Campaign Criteria

  • The campaign is valid for rentals made between 15.09.2025 and 30.12.2026.

  • The campaign is valid for transactions made between 15.09.2025 and 30.12.2026.

  • To benefit from discounted prices, you can log in and enjoy an additional 10% discount on top of the 30% upfront payment discount.

  • Rent for 10 days or more and receive a TRY 1,000 fuel voucher.

  • The campaign is valid for rentals of a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 29 days.

  • The campaign is valid at QCAR Mobility Airport and City offices.

  • The campaign applies only to the rental fee and does not cover additional insurance or add-on products.

  • For early returns or extension requests made after the first confirmed reservation, current office rates and QCAR Mobility Rental Terms and Conditions available at https://qcar.com.tr/article/KIRALAMA-KOSULLARI will apply.

  • The campaign is valid for prepaid rentals.

  • The prepaid rate is the discounted rate.

  • This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns or discounts.

  • The campaign is limited to fleet availability. If the requested vehicle is not available, QCAR Mobility’s decision to provide a similar vehicle group will apply.

  • Discounted prices are calculated based on the listed price of the relevant vehicle.

  • The total rental amount and security deposit amounts are collected at the beginning of the rental using the renter’s credit card. Cash payments, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.

  • The rental agreement is issued during the rental process and is arranged in accordance with the laws and practices of the country where the rental takes place.

  • QCAR General Rental Terms and Conditions apply to all rentals.

  • Any invoice amount difference that may occur at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental location.

  • The credit card holder must be present in person during the rental. Rentals cannot be made using someone else’s credit card.

  • In addition to the rental fee, a deposit will be charged from the customer’s credit card at a certain rate depending on the make and model of the rented vehicle. Therefore, sufficient credit limit availability (equal to the total amount of the rental fee and deposit) is required.

  • The deposit amount collected will be refunded to the same card at the end of the rental after deducting any additional charges not included in the reservation, such as extra services, coverages, missing fuel, damages, fines, etc., if applicable.

  • Due to interbank processing times, deposit refunds are reflected on your credit card within 3–5 business days after the refund is processed.

  • During reservation, it is mandatory to meet sufficient financial inquiry criteria depending on the vehicle groups.
