• Validity Period: The campaign is valid for rentals made between 01.04.2026 – 31.12.2026.

• How to Participate: To benefit from the campaign, you must select "Garanti BBVA Kampanyası" from the promotion code field during the booking process on https://qcar.com.tr/.

• Card Verification: A valid Garanti BBVA Bonus credit card belonging to the primary driver (reservation holder) must be presented physically at the time of vehicle pick-up.

• Rental Duration: The offer is valid for rentals with a minimum duration of 1 day and a maximum duration of 15 days.

• Valid Locations: The campaign is valid at all corporate branches and selected dealer locations.

• Scope of Discount: The discount applies solely to the base rental fee and does not cover additional coverages, insurance, or extra products/services.

• Changes & Early Returns: For early returns or extension requests after the initial booking is finalized, current walk-in/office rates and QCAR Mobility Rental Terms will apply.

• Combination of Offers: This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaigns, promotions, or discounts.

• Fleet Availability: The campaign is limited to fleet availability. If the requested vehicle model is unavailable, QCAR Mobility reserves the right to provide an equivalent vehicle group.

• Pricing Basis: Discounted rates are calculated based on the standard list price of the respective vehicle.

• Payment Terms: The total rental amount and security deposit charges are collected at the start of the rental via a credit card belonging to the primary driver. Cash payments, debit cards, or virtual cards are not accepted.

• Rental Agreement: The rental agreement is executed at the time of pick-up and is governed by the laws and regulations of the country where the rental takes place.

• General Conditions: All rentals are subject to QCAR General Rental Conditions.

• Final Invoicing: Any invoice discrepancies or balance differences calculated at the end of the rental will be charged or refunded at the rental location.

• Presence of Cardholder: The credit cardholder must be personally present at the time of delivery. Bookings cannot be made with a credit card belonging to someone else.

• Security Deposit Requirement: In addition to the rental fee, a temporary security deposit will be pre-authorized/charged to the presented credit card. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle group and model. Therefore, the card must have sufficient limit availability to cover both the rental fee and the deposit total.

• Deposit Refund: Upon termination of the rental, the security deposit will be refunded to the same card after deducting any applicable fees not included in the initial booking (such as extra services, coverages, missing fuel, damage fees, traffic fines, etc.).

• Refund Processing Time: Due to internal banking procedures, security deposit refunds will reflect on your credit card within 3 to 5 business days after the refund transaction is processed.

• Financial Assessment: Customers must meet the required financial assessment criteria for the selected vehicle group during the reservation process.
